The Federal Government has revoked the provisional housing allocations of 1,357 subscribers under the National Housing Programme for failing to meet full payment requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Shuaib Belgore, confirmed that the revocation applies strictly to those who failed to make outright payments within the initial 90-day deadline and an additional eight-week grace period.
The full list of affected individuals is now available on the ministry’s official website. However, beneficiaries who completed their payments by February 28, 2025, remain unaffected.
The ministry has urged successful applicants to collect their Letters of Allocation and take possession of their houses immediately.
