Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has withdrawn from presiding over the case filed by suspended Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan.
The senator had approached the court, seeking to stop the Senate from investigating her.
Justice Egwuatu recused himself from the case following allegations of bias reportedly raised by one of the respondents.
The case is expected to be reassigned to another judge
